Mindfulness has been defined as "paying attention in a particular way, on purpose, in the present moment, and nonjudgmentally." Being mindful is a level of awareness to your needs at that moment. Your needs will adjust and change at any given time. That is okay. You need to be accepting of yourself and your emotional connection.
